By sending the “memory” (to be understood as including the text, any documents and images attached to it as well as their content), the undersigned declares:
- to hold all the rights to the “memory”, including image and/or name rights, intellectual property rights, copyrights and more generally the rights to the moral and/or economic exploitation of the “memory” itself or, more generally, to have obtained appropriate authorisation from the parties entitled to transmit it to Buxus Edizioni srl [VAT No. 12487940012];
- to authorise Buxus Edizioni srl [VAT No. 12487940012] to publish said “memory” on the website thingsthatremain.eziobosso.com (also reachable from thingsthatremain.it) and, more generally, to disclose it only as an excerpt with all the technical supports and/or means of communication which exist or may exist (including, but not limited to, other websites, magazines and printed periodicals, radio and television broadcasts, events, screenings and video collections (including on social networks or similar platforms);
- to authorise Buxus Edizioni srl [VAT No. 12487940012] to use said “memory” or parts of it for collections, publications, radio and television broadcasts, events, projections and video collections (also on social networks or similar platforms), provided they are related to the rediscovery, enhancement and promotion of the artistic career, musical productions and the person of Ezio Bosso;
- to recognise the unquestionable right of Buxus Edizioni srl [VAT No. 12487940012] not to proceed with the publication of said “memory”, or to remove it at a later time after said publication, without the need for any opposition from myself;
- to recognise the right of Buxus Edizioni srl [VAT No. 12487940012] to make any necessary or otherwise useful changes to the “memory” to allow easier use for the above purposes, also with the aim of protecting any rights of third parties: all provided that said changes do not distort the essential contents and do not prove capable of discrediting the undersigned;
- to recognise the right of Buxus Edizioni srl [VAT No. 12487940012] to transmit said “memory” to third parties (such as hosts, newspapers, publishing houses, social media, press offices, event organisers and similar), in order to allow easier or more profitable use for the above purposes
- to renounce any claim and/or right (economic or otherwise) towards Buxus Edizioni srl [VAT No. 12487940012] and any of its successors in title with reference to the use of said “memory”.
